Who provides masugami

Nimessa Ventures, based in California, United States, operates these services. In these terms, “we” means Nimessa Ventures. Contact support@mail.masugami.com.

What these terms cover

The iOS app license is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different license is expressly provided with the app. These terms do not replace that license or Apple's terms for its own services.

Our Privacy policy explains personal information handling. Agreement to these terms does not replace any separate consent required for personal information or marketing.

Playing and using an account

You can play without creating an account. If you choose account features, provide accurate information and use only an account you are authorized to access. Keep your email and sign in provider secure. Contact us if someone may have accessed your account without permission.

If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under the law where you live, ask your parent or guardian to review them with you and agree to your use. Any permission required for collecting a child's personal information is separate. The launch email list is available only to people ages 13 and older, with any additional permission required where they live.

Permission to use the service

You may use the website and browser game for personal enjoyment, subject to these terms and applicable law. Nimessa Ventures and its licensors retain rights in the game, software, artwork and branding. Open source components remain subject to their own licenses.

You may share the game links, result cards and replays provided by masugami. This does not authorize misleading claims that we endorse you. Separate permissions accompanying the press kit continue to apply.

Fair use and fair play

Do not interfere with the service, bypass security, access another person's account, submit fabricated competitive results, or use the service unlawfully. Do not copy or distribute the game or assets beyond the permissions we provide or rights given by law.

We may reject results that cannot be verified. We may restrict online access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users, or comply with law. Where practical and lawful, we will explain why and provide a way to contact support. These terms do not restrict use of the game's learning and solution features.

Progress and availability

Local progress depends on data saved on your device or in your browser. Clearing that data or losing the device can remove progress that has not synced. Sync can be delayed while a device is offline or a service is unavailable.

We aim to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every error can be prevented. We may update features or discontinue an online service. For material reductions to an existing online service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and required by law.

Leaving the service

You can stop using masugami at any time. Use Delete account in Settings to remove an account. Our Privacy policy explains deletion and retained records. Account deletion does not unsubscribe you from a separate email list. Use the unsubscribe link in those emails or contact support.

Other providers and purchases

Apple, your sign in provider, and other services you choose may have their own terms. Apple handles App Store transactions under its applicable purchase and refund rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights given by law. Any future paid features and their terms will be explained before purchase.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes mandatory consumer protections where you live. Warranty exclusions or liability limits for the iOS app are governed by its applicable license and law.

California law governs these website and online service terms except where the law requires otherwise. This choice does not take away mandatory protections or access to courts given by the law where you live. Contact support@mail.masugami.com with a concern so we can try to resolve it.

Updates

We may update these terms as the service changes. We show the version date and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where required, we will ask you to agree before a change applies to your use of the affected service.
